Terms of Use

The Terran Epochal Compendium ("TEC," "we," "us") is an educational temporal framework and astronomical calendar application provided for informational and learning purposes. It is not astrology, a spiritual system, a productivity calendar, or a native mobile application.

Astronomical and calendar calculations within TEC are approximate. Some values are computed precisely while others are intentionally simplified. Outputs should not be relied upon for any purpose requiring exact astronomical prediction. See our Accuracy & Methodology page.

TEC does not provide professional advice and is not a substitute for professional astronomy, navigation, legal, financial, religious, or scientific services. You should not use TEC for navigation, celestial navigation, or any safety-critical purpose.

The TEC framework, the H-CLET system, interface design, and educational content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Astronomical constants and algorithms referenced are attributed to their original sources where applicable.

You agree to use TEC lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service beyond its intended educational use.

TEC is an actively researched, evolving project. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEC and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including any reliance on its approximate calculations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
